Position Overview:

Our client provides a range of screening solutions for a diverse clientele in public and private sectors. Our client's customized packages include products for employment background screening, employee drug screening and comprehensive criminal history checks, qualification and certification/license verification, SSN and I-9 employment eligibility confirmation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  •  Attract, hire, train, develop, motivate and manage the sales team and lead them to achieve all quota targets
  • Aggressively stimulate, review and monitor all sales activity for the marketplace and ensure achievement of established metrics
  • Develops innovative sales proposals and presentations
  • Assists in negotiating and closing new client sales including contracts, pricing, terms and conditions
  • Monitors sales activity records in CRM (Salesforce)
  • Delivers an accurate forecast for multiple products and services on a monthly basis
  • Monitors competitors, market conditions, and product development
  • Participates in the planning and executing of direct marketing activities

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to effectively overcome objections and communicate value over price
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills over the phone, in writing, as well as in formal presentations
  • Proven Sales Management background
  • Experience selling or leading a team in a service based industry
  • Excellent prospecting, negotiating, and relationship-building skills
  • Trained and practiced in the art of consultative, needs-benefits selling
  • CRM experience (Salesforce)
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 5 to 15 years of Business-to-Business services sales experience
