In your role as a Client Relations Representative/Branch Lead in our Fargo, ND office, you will support our customers through sales of new products and services, cultivate new relationships with prospects and identify opportunities to solve their technology needs utilizing our tools in Managed IT Services, Backup Disaster Recovery services, Cloud Computing services, and other technology solutions. You will also act as branch lead and be the connector between Fargo and our home office in Eagan, MN.



  • Identifying new prospects and business opportunities from a variety of sources (internal leads, current customers, marketing leads, etc.) focusing on small to midsize business organizations
  • Qualify and arrange face-to-face meetings with potential customers to learn about their business technology needs and provide solutions that will help to protect them and make their business function more smoothly.
  • Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; building rapport, providing technical information and explanations, preparing quotations.
  • Develop strong relationships with a current book of business and ensure they continue to receive a high level of service that meets and exceeds their contract at all time by referencing their past buying history, suggesting related and new items and explaining technical features.
  • Update job knowledge by staying up to date on current technology offerings and trends in the industry to identify opportunities to provide value add to the company and our customers.
  • Close new business
  • Maintain good customer communication records in CRM.
  • Participate in companywide initiatives and deliver communications and a high level of responsibility to the Fargo office.

  • 5 years of sales experience in a highly technical or complex B2B environment
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or 5 years of equivalent experience
  • Supervisory or management experience with strong sense of responsibility.
  • Highly functional interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence. Ability to work with little guidance and drive your own daily calendar to ensure goals are met and exceeded.
  • Professional appearance and phone etiquette
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage many clients at one time
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate highly complex offerings in simple way.
  • Good math aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Strong technology aptitude. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and experience in CRM systems (we use ConnectWise)
  • Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential and discreet manner
  • Must be a team player, good communicator, interested in learning, and able to multi-task at a very high level


Hours and Salary:

Monday through Friday, 8am 5pm Employees are required to work nights and weekends if the work is necessary to complete.  Base salary plus commission and incentives commensurate with experience
