Position Summary

Responsible for establishing relationships with potential clients that use embedded software

engineering and testing services. Consistently develop a pipeline of new qualified opportunities with

new clients. Will deliver on revenue and gross margin targets through selling solutions based on EXB

Solutions' capabilities.


Skills and Required Experience

  • Ability to prospect, present and close opportunities
    • Manage Closed-Won dollars amount of $6 million annually
    • Establish at least four new accounts annually each worth $1 million or more
  • 15 Years selling experience / minimum of 10 years of major account creation
  • Engineering Services or Consulting selling experience
  • Ability to build referral channel partnerships
  • Aptitude to sell project and strategic sourcing work
  • Average project deal size of $500k or higher
  • Close staffing opportunities under 30 days
  • Sell value vs. commodity Sell based on differentiators
  • Hits established / committed closed dates
  • Experience managing complex sales
  • Capability to Sell to Company Levels
  • Director / C-Level
  • Mid to Large Company
  • Ability to Open New Logos
  • Ability to travel up to 25-50%
  • Strong written and oral communications
