Position Overview: 

The Sales Manager is a proven independent producer with a track record of coaching, mentoring, and developing real estate Agents. This individual is a highly assertive, passionate, and people-oriented person who operates with a high sense of urgency. The Sales Manager is a natural leader who embraces succeeding through others, bottom-up leadership, and building a team. This individual understands basic financial reporting and how to use these to make the right business decisions. They have extremely high goals and are looking for a vehicle to achieve those goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan annual sales plan and set achievable targets for sales team
  • Evaluate and implement plan to improve overall efficiency tied to the sales cycle
  • Establishes and implements the training and ongoing development process for all sales Agents
  • Develop, mentor, and nurture Agents providing them development and growth
  • Inspire and motivate Agents to want to sell homes through weekly one-on-one meetings and pipeline reviews
  • Coordinate and run weekly sales team meetings centered on team performance, company initiatives, and professional development
  • Hold quarterly performance reviews with each sales Agent
  • Assist in the recruiting and onboarding process of new sales personnel
  • Consults with Executive Team on lead generation and systems efficiencies
  • Understands the job descriptions of other positions, creating opportunities for specialization and cross-training
  • Keep existing client base and foster positive customer reviews
  • Live out the core values and set the tone of the culture for the sales team

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher education
  • Sales Management Experience and Real Estate Experience
  • Proven ability to recruit, train, and motivate others, preferred
  • Demonstrates a mastery of systems, linking people, processes, and technology together purposefully and efficiently
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with an ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands
  • Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Be an active listener
  • Ability to interact effectively, both orally and written to customers and peers
