Position Overview:
The Project Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of internal and client projects. They will ensure the highest quality delivery with emphasis on meeting project deadlines and goals, while staying within project budgets. They serve as the primary point of contact for our clients during project engagements.

Manages the intake, prioritization and status of a portfolio of small and medium size projects.
Partners with Sales to review client requests, draft and present Statements of Work.
Develops and executes an overall project schedule, including tasks, duration, dependencies, and resource assignments.
Supervises project activities to ensure that the project is executed according to plan, budget and schedule; takes appropriate action to minimize the impact of deviations.
Assists with resolution of any problems that may arise during project execution.
Supervises and coordinates project related activities and provides day-to-day direction to project staff.
Encourages teamwork and collaboration; motivates and directs the team's effort.
Ensures project team members and business partners understand their roles and responsibilities.
Works with internal resources to set and manage client expectations around project timelines.
Facilitates Steering Committee Meetings as appropriate to keep stakeholders apprised of project status.
Conducts feedback sessions to acknowledge successes and lessons learned.
Prepares written reports and/or updates for management, our clients and project team, to ensure a clear understanding of project status.
Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
3-5 years of project management experience.
Experience listening to client needs and building effective relationships.
Demonstrated ability in influencing key decision makers both internally and
Familiarity with traditional and agile frameworks.
Exhibits strong management skills and the ability to lead and motivate
Track record of successfully executing projects on schedule and within budget.
Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience managing Office 365 migrations, server upgrades, firewall,
wireless and network installations.
Experience in a client facing role.
MSP industry experience.
Experience managing projects with ConnectWise.
