Position Overview:


The Creative Director for Traction Coach is both a doer and a strategizer. An energetic lover of branding, promoting, and engaging the public. A team of one, who, when needed, works to find the external skills and creative talents to support the marketing & brand strategy. From branding strategy to marketing execution, this person is passionate about the conceptualization and the creation of all things Marketing.



  • Manage the creative process from concept to completion
  • Translate marketing objectives into clear creative brand strategies
  • Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis, and much more
  • Lead the vision of, and the creation of marketing collateral
  • Ensure visual communication and brand standards are met
  • Create communication strategy in tandem with Marketing & Branding
  • Oversee profitability, deliverables, timelines and budgets
  • Review work, troubleshoot and provide feedback to creative partners
  • Oversee the implementation of the Marketing strategy - including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR.
  • Working closely with the Sales efforts; by providing appropriate tools, materials and presentations
  • Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition.
  • Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends
  • Take calculated risks based on data-driven analytics.


  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university preferred
  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing strategy, digital marketing, print & digital collateral, and PR/Branding communication
  • Skilled in Microsoft and most if not all Adobe and Creative tools
  • Strong in using digital marketing tools and platforms
