Position Overview:

The Office Coordinator is an integral part of the team; this position requires an individual who is highly organized with the ability to multi-task. The Office Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate and up to financial data. This role is also responsible for general reception duties such as handling incoming customer calls, taking messages, and being the first point of contact for customers/guests.


  • Office support duties including entering detailed financial data into accounting software
  • Make follow up calls on past due balances
  • Handle incoming calls, setup and schedule service calls, annual testing/estimating and scheduling.
  • Organize, prepare, and coordinate permit submittal processes
  • Reception duties including answering and transferring calls, taking messages, greeting clients/guests
  • Additional office support duties including scheduling courier services & occasional office errands, assisting with office equipment, mailings, filing, faxing, scanning, and copying
  • Special projects as assigned
