Position Overview:

The Executive Assistant for Traction Coach manages, problem solves, and supports the personal and professional tasks or projects of the owner. This individual is driven by being proactive, thoughtful, and always, one step ahead. No task is too small, nor project too tedious. The individual in this role focuses on supporting the business and managing the schedules and priorities of the owner.



  • Manages and prioritizes client expectations and needs
  • Creates client/database organization system
  • Monitors company emails and inquiries
  • Plans and orchestrate events
  • Collaborates with marketing regarding business initiative, announcements, and extraordinary events
  • With a keen eye for detail, manages calendars and schedules
  • Researches and asks critical questions for special projects
  • Interacts professionally with clients and internal employees
  • Supports the owner's personal requests & tasks- i.e. dry cleaning, scheduling private appointments, running errands, groceries



  • At all times acts professionally and respectfully
  • Able to work 20+ hours a week
  • Willing to use personal car for errands, related to the business and personal life of the owner
  • Proven experience as an executive administrative assistant, senior executive assistant or in other secretarial position
  • Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Proficiency in English
  • Exemplary planning and time management skills
  • Up-to-date with advancements in office gadgets and applications, as well as smart phones and laptops
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • High level verbal and written communications skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality is a must
