Position Overview:

The Sales Administrator is an integral part of the team; this position requires an individual who is highly organized with the ability to multi-task. This individual is responsible for providing the necessary support to the field sales team. The Sales Administrator will be accountable for providing support to both the Service and Preventative Maintenance divisions. This includes schedule coordination for both the sales and project management team. In addition, the Sales Administrator will provide superior customer service to clients by supporting the bidding and quoting process.  


  • Process orders via email or phone
  • Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
  • Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records
  • Develop monthly sales reports
  • Communicate important feedback from customers internally
  • Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations


  • Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent
  • Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • A team player with high level of dedication
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines
  • Certification in Marketing, Sales or relevant field is a plus
