Position Overview:

Responsible for providing overall leadership to the branch to achieve overall financial success, employee development and strategic goals of the company in the local market and assigned territory. This position will work closely with the management team of the organization to follow the requirements and utilize company processes and procedures to achieve successful results. 



  • Achieve profitable growth by developing and executing a long range growth plan which profitably increases our market share.
  • Achieve the annual budget; Achieve working capital objectives.
  • Retain and expand business with existing customers; Target and capture new customers.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by meeting or exceeding customer expectations for quality, on-time delivery and service response. Meet and/or exceed program requirements.
  • Respond quickly to address new opportunities and/or customer inquiries, complaints or concerns.
  • Build long term, trust relationships with key accounts.
  • Create a high-performance work environment which encourages and rewards outstanding performance and continuous improvement.
  • Develop the staff through training, leadership and guidance to ensure a great work environment for our employees and excellent, highly rated service for our customers.
  • Manage staffing, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Manage safety program to ensure compliance with federal and state OSHA standards, reduce injuries and lost workdays and create a safe work environment for employees.
  • Develop talent through coaching, encouragement and development of all employees to help them reach their full potential. Identify and develop high potential employees into future leaders.
  • Safeguard Company's reputation and assets; Ensure compliance with all laws and Company policies.
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of reported financial results by maintaining a strong internal controls environment.
  • Maintain proper oversight over key business functions to effectively manage risk; sales & customer pricing, contract and project management, contracting, job costing, receivables, payroll.
  • Support company-wide strategies, goals and initiatives.
  • Manage, coordinate and participate as needed for the On-Call schedule.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management.



  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience.
  • Minimum seven (7) years business management experience including demonstrated P&L and budget responsibilities.
  • Mitigation, restoration, and/or construction experience required.
  • Demonstrated sales and sales management experience.
  • Strong leader with excellent communication, influencing, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to evaluate processes and procedures.
  • Identify improvements needed and make corrections with processes and procedures.
  • Implement new and/or change existing processes and procedures.
  • Ability to travel to project sites.
  • Ability to display excellent written and verbal communication and listening skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking and out-of-the-box problem solving capabilities.
  • Demonstrated team leadership and people development abilities.
  • Ability to coach and motivate others, ability to roll-up sleeves.
  • Highly driven, independent worker with a strong motivation to succeed.
  • Financial acumen, numerical reasoning skills.

  • Valid state driver's license.


Physical Demands:

Ability to see, hear and communicate both orally, written and verbally. Ability to lift 50 or more pounds. Bend, twist, walk and sit for long periods of time. May stand, sit, walk for long periods of time. Strong cognitive and mathematical abilities. Ability to work days, nights or weekends as needed on a sporadic or hectic schedule for long or short periods of time. Ability to driving is required.
