Opportunity Overview: 

A leading Twin Cities real estate investment company in St. Louis Park is looking for an individual to receive and manage inquiries from people seeking to sell their house "as is." This individual will be responsible for gathering information from home sellers, prioritizing leads and tracking all related information to effectively communicate and collaborate with the rest of the team to maintain a streamlined process.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • 1-2 years customer service experience required
  • 1-2 years recent experience with heavy inbound and outbound phone work
  • CRM or data entry experience required
  • Real Estate experience a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process incoming inquiries from people seeking to sell their home "as is" by phone and/or email.
  • Effectively communicate the company's services and offerings to potential home sellers.
  • Gather information from home sellers to determine how ready they are to move forward.
  • Prioritize inquiries and leads for immediate and future follow-up.
  • Work with the team of house buyers to determine next steps for each lead that comes in.
  • Maintain records of incoming inquiries, seller contact information and other appropriate information for each lead and input information in CRM database.
  • Make outbound follow-up calls to current and past clients.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to prioritize information quickly
  • Good communication on the phone
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excel required
