Opportunity Overview:
The Director will be responsible for all facets of the Finance, Operations, and HR functions. This person will manage and execute financial reporting and budget analysis, in addition to equipment management, office leasing/maintenance, and recruiting.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related
  • 7+ years of similar experience
  • Experience administering employee benefit plans, recruitment and compensation plans
  • Strong understanding of state and federal requirements and regulations
  • Experience with financial reporting and analysis
  • Strong interpersonal skills both oral and written

Position Responsibilities:


Maintain and oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the organization, including:

  • Manage and execute financial planning activities.
  • Budget preparation and reporting.
  • Margin Analysis


  • Develop and recommend operating policy and procedural improvements.
  • Manage all office leasing and maintenance activities.
  • IT Hosting and Equipment management.

Human Resources

  • Recruiting activity including placing advertisements, contacting search firms, interviewing and making recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Conducts new hire orientations to ensure new employees are smoothly and effectively brought into the company.
  • Communicates and administers all company employee benefit programs such as medical, dental, life, short-term disability, long-term disability, retirement, and 401K, etc.
