Director of Marketing                                       

This role will have key responsibility for sales and marketing leadership for our Client. The position reports to the Integrator and serves as a member of the senior management team. This position participates with the leadership team and other management staff in charting the direction of the Organization, assuring its accountability to all constituencies, and ensuring its effective operation.

As a member of the leadership team, this person will both lead and do. The role of the Director of Marketing will be to create the overall vision while managing the multiple marketing campaigns and initiative for several individualized brands and services. This opportunity will require both the strategic understanding of marketing and the day to day activities required to implement and monitor the marketing strategies. Marketing collateral, content creation, and a digital marketing plan to drive leads and ensure brand exposure is key.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

 General Marketing

  • Plan and oversee advertising and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail.
  • Formulate, direct and coordinate traditional and digital marketing activities and policies to promote products and services.
  • Manage all marketing and sales for the company and activities within both departments.
  • Direct the hiring, training, and performance evaluations of marketing and sales staff and oversee their daily activities.
  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
  • Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, cost and markup factors.
  • Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities.
  • Manage content and make updates, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide sales support
  • Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
  • Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
  • Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity or (Building brand awareness and positioning).

 

Digital Marketing

  • Design digital media campaigns aligned with business goals
  • Coordinate the creation of digital content (e.g. website, blogs, press releases and podcasts)
  • Establish our web presence to boost brand awareness
  • Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase sales leads
  • Create marketing initiatives to drive sales leads through drip marketing campaigns and other lead generation best practices

Requirements

  • Proven work experience in Sales and Marketing
  • Solid knowledge of Marketing tools and technologies
  • Experience with visual communication principles
  • Familiarity with web design and content management systems
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills
  • An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
