The primary responsibilities for the Recruiter include:


  • With the Partner, lead the recruiting effort for the ESOP Practice including client meetings, research, recruiting outreach calls/emails, candidate scheduling and candidate communication.   The recruiter is responsible for managing the candidate experience with our Client.


  • Assist Partner with the growth and development of the ESOP practice including attending conferences and other practice-related events.


  • Reports to ESOP Practice Director, but works closely with and take recruiting direction from Lead Recruiter.


  • Position can be based in Sioux Falls (home office) or Minneapolis (corporate office), with Minneapolis preferred.  If Sioux Falls based, must be willing/able to spend regular time in Minneapolis, including several weeks early in hire for training.




The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree (BA/BS), coupled with 5+ years of general business experience, ideally with interaction with C-level clients or employees. 

Must have an aptitude for and willingness to conduct candidate research (sourcing) as this may be up to 40-50% of the job.

The other 50-60% consists of reaching out to senior level candidates, phone screening, managing the candidates as they go through the overall process and coordinating personal interviews.

Understanding of recruiting and recruiting tools a plus. 

Also, sales or account management experience helpful.  

The job also requires strong writing skills and the successful candidate must be able to work independently and proactively look for ways to add value and grow practice.
